Rates
$150 per 50-minute session / $200 per 50-minute couple/family session.
$175 per 50-minute concierge visit.
Insurance
I am not a provider for health insurance plans. I do not communicate directly with any insurance companies.
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, therefore I am happy to provide you with a "Super Bill" (verification of services), which you may submit to your insurance company for any direct reimbursement to you.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check or credit card accepted for payment. Payment is expected prior to the start of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
